Once the process is completed, the page will refresh and you will see a link for downloading the CSV file.
Rapid Report - Options
- Show Ignored
- This option enhances your visibility into the data collection process by including missed instances alongside completed ones. Additionally, a new column named "has_data" is added to the dataset. This column will be marked as "TRUE" if an instance was completed and "FALSE" if it was missed or not completed. This feature helps you quickly identify gaps in data collection and understand participation patterns.
- Show Trigger
- This option displays the type of schedule that initiated each survey. It identifies whether the survey was triggered by a Scheduled, Momentary, Repeating, On Demand, or Garmin-based trigger. This information is crucial for understanding the context and timing of survey responses, helping you to better analyze the factors influencing participant engagement.
- Actual Start Time
- With this option, the data file now includes the precise start time of each assessment. The new "actual_start" field captures the timestamp of when the first question was answered. This allows for more accurate tracking and analysis of the timing of responses, providing valuable insights into participant behavior when comparing it with the Scheduled Time.
- Note: For On Demand the time will be within several seconds of when the instance was started.
- One Row Per Subject
- This option consolidates all data for each participant into a single row in the CSV file. This format is particularly useful for researchers who need to view and analyze comprehensive participant data at a glance. It streamlines data handling and makes it easier to perform comparative analysis across participants.
- Append Questions ID to Header Columns
- This option enhances the clarity of your data by including the question ID within the header columns of the CSV file. This makes it easier to identify and reference specific questions, facilitating more precise data analysis and reporting.

- Parse Cognitive Task Data
- This option converts the raw data file into an XLS format, presenting cognitive task data in a more readable and organized way. Each parsed cognitive task is displayed on a separate sheet within the XLS file, making it easier to analyze and interpret the results. This feature simplifies the handling of complex data sets, saving time and improving data usability.
- Currently, cognitive data that can be parsed:
- Flanker
- GoNoGo
- N-Back
- Reward Learning
- Spatial Span
- Symbol Search
- Three Dot
- Trail Making
Rapid Report - Include Data
