The Rapid Report is a feature which allows you to download all survey response data from all participants at once. There is an option to choose if you want to include Ignored instanced, but there aren't options to change the download features such as exists in the Flat Data file

How to Download Rapid Report

To download a Rapid Report, go to the Survey Editor page and click on the Rapid Report icon.

Once the icon is clicked, another window will pop-up where you can choose additional options to include in the rapid report, as well as choosing if you want to generate a report for all participants, or just for certain individuals.

Click on Generate Report.

Once the button is clicked, the Rapid Report will be processed on the server. Stay on the Survey Editor page.

Once the process is completed, the page will refresh and you will see a link for downloading the CSV file.
