The Matrix answer type is a useful way to present multiple questions that use the same answers as in a Likert-type scale.
On the mobile app the items to be answered appear vertically and the scale options horizontally. On both apps all the items must be answered in order for the user to move to the next question.
Matrix questions are created by first specifying the number of answers in the # Answers field (the horizontal scale) then the number of questions in the # Questions fields (vertical) then adding the text. The Long Text field contains the text that the respondent will see on the app.
Note: If you find that the Long Text cannot be edited, it's because you first have to enter something into the Short Text field.
