If your user ignores the alert you can choose for the app to send up to three more alerts. Go to "Configure Momentary Parameters". This opens up a new window, at the bottom is the Reminders section.
Choose how many alerts you want and at what interval (in minutes). Be aware of the duration of your survey availability window, for example, if your window is only 5 minutes long you can not schedule 3 reminders each at 3 minutes apart as they will over run the length of the window.
