Issue: Unable to access GPS data

If your account includes location tracking follow these steps to be sure the app is collecting GPS data


1 Check "Location Tracking" in the Configure Momentary Parameters window on that participant's                 My Home page.

2 Ask the participant to "allow" location tracking when they first download the app.

3 Make sure iPhone users have location services turned on for mEMA specifically.

4 Make sure Android users have the location services on the device turned on.
