A tool for previewing the level of participant engagement.
The Compliance Dashboard acts as a shortcut to find out how many survey instances have been submitted by each user.
The actual responses to survey questions submitted are located in the Rapid Report data file.
The participant's screen name is presented in the left-hand column.
There is a column for each date the Survey Assignment has been active. In that column is listed the number of submitted instances over the number of assigned instances.
There is a record of all instances both assigned and those created On Demand in addition to assignments that have been deleted since completion (these are colored purple).
The Show Detail option adds an extended view of all surveys assigned to each participant (displaying the survey title).
The level of participation is shown in the right columns. Scroll sideways to reveal more dates.
The data in the compliance dashboard is color-coded based on the level of response
RED - less than 30% of the assigned (and created) instances have been completed
YELLOW - from 30% to less than 80% have been completed
GREEN - 80% and above have been completed
PURPLE - shows started instances in which the assignment has been deleted. On Demand survey instances can also cause this.
