How To: Manually Access Data Stored on Device
There are a few cases when it becomes impossible to sync data through the app over wi-fi or cellular data. In this case, be it a broken or outdated device, the data you've collected will remain on the device and be accessed manually with a USB cable and computer.
1. Download an Android or Apple File Transfer program to your computer (you will find a free one)
2. Connect the phone to your computer with a USB cord
3. Open the File Transfer program and look for "documents"
4. Find the folder "MEMA"
5. Copy the folder "MEMA" to your hard drive then compress the folder into a ZIP file
6. Upload the zip file to a new support ticket and we will format it for you.
