How To: Download Video, Image, and Audio Files in Bulk
Previously, links to video files were found in the Flat Data File. Now there is a separate interface for downloading videos all at once.
Note: This is only available to the Group Leader. Other professional accounts will not be able to download a participant's media files.
1) Navigate to the "Bulk Media Download" item at the bottom of the "My mEMA" Menu
2) Select date range and up to 4 mobile codes for download and click "Package Files"
- When the files have been prepared a link titled "Download Zip File" will appear. Press this and it will initiate a download to your computer.
3) The zip file will contain sub-folders for each mobile code selected and their image, video and audio files will be located within this folder.
