When participants first download and open mEMA, they will be presented with the launch page. On this page, participants are required to enter their mobile code and server code.
The server code determines what server their mEMA app connects to. This code is input in the field titled "Server Code" and is 2 letters in length.
- Characters input into the "Server Code" field will automatically be capitalized.
- If a user adds more than 2 characters, unsupported characters, no characters at all, or a server code that is not yet supported, they will receive the message “You’ve entered an invalid Server Code (2 letters in Uppercase)”.
- The same mobile code can't be used on multiple servers (server codes).
