The Compliance Overview page is a tool to quickly check participant compliance for a single survey. On this page you can have an overview of the completed status and missed instances.

The actual responses to the surveys are still in the Rapid Report. This page is meant to give insight into participant compliance.

Consecutive Miss StatusHow many consecutive assignments have been missed in a consecutive order.
Note that it'll only reflect the latest sequence of consecutive assignments. If the participant has 2 consecutive assignments missed but completes the third one, the sequence will be reset, meaning that until they have another consecutive miss you will not see the table showing that there's a consecutive missing order.
E.g.: The participant has 10 assignments, and the sequence for the missed assignments is: 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 the table will show you that he has 4 consecutive miss(s) because the latest missed sequence is 7, 8, 9, 10.

FAQ

  • If the "Started Count" is higher than the "Completed count" it means that not all surveys have been completed through the last question
  • If the "Started Count" and "Completed Count" are higher than the "Assignments" number, it means that the participant took the survey more times than it was assigned. This can be achieved through On Demand or triggered surveys
  • Data will be available on the Compliance Overview page ONLY after the participant uploads the data from their device
  • When checking the Missed counters please take note that the table is updated based on UTC time. This means that if you're in a - (minus) timezone, you might see missed instances even before the participant took the survey, or if you're in a + (plus) timezone you will see the status updated a while after the data was uploaded. Please take into consideration your timezone before checking the table, or after seeing the data.
  • If the assignment is set as On Demand, the Missed count, Instances, and Sequences will have 1 entry added because the On Demand assignments are setting an instance at midnight
