Issue: Mobile Code is not Connecting to App


1. Make sure the device is connected to the internet by asking the participant to load any web page.


2. Make sure the correct 8 digit mobile code is being entered into the "Code" field on the first screen or My Codes. If the wrong mobile code has been used, then the app will need to be deleted and downloaded from the app store again. 
Note: Using a new mobile code automatically deletes all data previously stored on the device. 


3. Make sure the URL field reads exactly as: "http://mema.ilumivu.com".


4. Make sure that at least one survey is assigned to their mobile code, that the survey is current (i.e. the Start Date is in the past, and the End Date has not passed), and uses any schedule type other than "none".
